AIRDRIE BASKETBALL TRAINING

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Beginner: Ideal for players who are still learning the fundamentals of basketball, building confidence, and developing basic skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting.

Intermediate: Designed for players who already have a solid foundation and are ready to improve their skills, basketball IQ, and performance through more advanced training and game concepts.

Wednesdays: 7:30–8:30 p.m
